We installed a larger and longer beam and opened up the space with the peninsula cabinetry and Santamargherita quartz. The porcelain tile runs through the house to front vestibule and inside all the bi-fold door closets. During the demolition of the linoleum floor we discovered that the subfloor was too thin and not installed properly. We replaced the subfloor with Advantech and fastened it properly. When the customers felt just the new subfloor they were happy. They couldn’t believe how solid it felt and that the squeaks were gone.
